How long will the conveyancing process and sale of property take?

Our property lawyers can achieve completion within 3 weeks, however the length of each transaction can vary depending on a number of factors. Some examples include the length and complexity of any chain or issues that arise from searches etc. Bank/ mortgage lender processes as well as any work necessary from the estate agents can also affect the time taken to reach completion.
